Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products once products have been accessed. If course materials have been purchased but not accessed, we will be glad to refund your purchase, less processing fees (e.g. PayPal and credit card processing fees). We do not deduct these fees the card processing company does. If paid by check, we will be more than happy to issue a return check. Sorry, cash handling is again company policy.

Please Note: For customizations or contract work, fees will be billed up to the point any work is halted. Any work will be billed at contract rate.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If there is some technical issue, we will resolve it for you.
